Booking

To make your enquiry, either telephone direct for an immediate reservation, or send an email melvillelodge.guesthouse@tesco.net and we will respond within 24-hours. When enquiring by email remember to state the type of room that you require and the date and time of arrival and departure. All bookings are subject to availability. If sending details by fax then please telephone beforehand as the fax machine may not always be turned on.

When confirming your booking you will be asked to provide a VISA, MASTERCARD number as a guarantee. No charge will be made to your card unless a cancellation is made, failing to provide a minimum of 48-hours notice prior to the booking date. If notice of cancellation is not given then the full price of the room will be charged to your card.

Payment can be made upon arrival using either cash (UK sterling), VISA, MASTERCARD, cheque with guarantee card, UK sterling denominated travellers cheques. A standard charge of £2.00 per room per night is made on all card transactions.
